Oxford may be small, but it has so much to offer! Whether you’re a first-year or a senior, chances are you may not have heard of some of these places. Here is the unofficial list of  the “Hidden Gems” in Oxford.

1. The Formal Gardens

*Located between the Marcum Conference Center and The Miami Inn at the northeast end of campus.

2. Trails on Western Campus

3. Hueston Woods—Beach, camping, boating, archery, horses, and much more!

*A 10 minute drive from campus located at 6301 Park Office Rd, College Corner, OH 45003

4. The Miami Farm—Our very own sustainable and organic farm

5. Peffer Park

*Located just off campus on US-27, Oxford Millville Rd.

A Miami botanist will be hosting Wildflower Walks on Sundays in April and early May. Meet at the Peffer Park Pavilion at 1 pm. More info and dates available on the Enjoy Oxford website.
