Lilly conference attendees will have access to a conference mobile app, via Guidebook, prior to the start of the conference. The app works on iOS devices (ipads and iphones) as well as Android devices and allows users to customize their conference experience: Create a personalized schedule, download session documents, and even take notes that you can later send to yourself! The app will also allow you to interact with other conference attendees and presenters via messaging and email.

ATTENDING SESSIONS
Arrive at Sessions Early!
We recommend that you arrive at sessions early in order to guarantee seating. For sessions that run concurrently, select more than one to attend—if your first choice is full, move to your second choice, etc. It is difficult to predict which sessions will be in most demand, and room sizes vary.
Session Information
There are several types of sessions, varying in length from 45 minutes to over an hour. The titles, abstracts, and proposals for sessions are available on the mobile app (Guidebook).
Please look the schedule over before the conference to determine which sessions you would like to attend. Build your own personal schedule in Guidebook!
Pre-conference Workshops
Several pre-conference workshops are offered on Thursday. Registration for the workshops must be made prior to the start of the conference.
Orientation Session
There will be an orientation session for Lilly newcomers on Friday morning, right after breakfast from 8:00 – 8:15 am in Armstrong Pavilion C. Learn tips for getting the most out of your first Lilly Conference experience.
ACTIVITIES AND ENTERTAINMENT
Attend an Event
Join us Friday evening in the Armstrong Red Zone for our own special “Lilly Trivia Contest” and fellowship. Sign up at the registration desk as a team and test your knowledge of everything from assessment techniques to pop music! Don’t have a team? Sign up anyway and we will put one together for you.
Ambiance
If trivia is not your thing or you’re seeking a more relaxed community atmosphere, come to the Armstrong Shade Family room on Friday evening to enjoy music by The Lilly Hammers.
For a Quiet Moment
If you would like a quiet moment, there are many comfy spaces in Armstrong’s Shade Family Room.
REDUCE/REUSE/RECYCLE
There is no print progam.
You can view the schedule on Guidebook.
We can reuse the nametag lanyards. If you do not want to keep yours, please return it to the registration desk.

MEALS
If you purchased meals as part of your registration, you will receive your meal tickets when you check in at the conference registration desk. To enter the dining room, you must have a meal ticket for that meal and wear your nametag. Please note that changes to purchased meals and dietary restrictions cannot be made after you arrive. Changes to how meals are served may be necessary due to health and safety policies.
View the Conference Menu
If you did not purchase conference meals, there are plenty of dining establishments in the Armstrong Student Center, on the Miami campus, and in uptown Oxford (6 to 7 blocks from Armstrong). Also, several local pizza and sandwich establishments will deliver to your lodging unit; your hotel’s front desk may have menus and can recommend where to order.
For questions concerning other establishments, feel free to ask anyone at the conference registration desk.
