Payment of Lilly Conference fees can be made in one or more of the following ways:

Credit card

Institutional check

Personal check

Departmental expense transfer (Miami University attendees only)

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you register and find you are unable to attend the Original Lilly Conference on College Teaching, please consider these options:

Another individual may attend in your stead.

A refund under the following guidelines may be requested:
- Prior to October 15: Refund = 100% minus $50 cancellation fee
- Between October 15 and October 31: Refund = 75% of conference fees or conference fees minus $100, whichever is less
- After October 31: Refund = 0%

Most fees can be applied to your registration at a different Lilly Conference if used within 12 months of the Original Lilly Conference.

Thursday Morning Pre-Conference Workshops Option

You may sign up for a Thursday morning pre-conference workshop even if you are not attending the full Conference.

This option includes:

This option does not include:

Registration for the Lilly Conference (Thursday afternoon through Saturday afternoon)

Early Bird Registration: If your registration is received by midnight (Eastern Daylight Time) on October 15, you will receive a $50 discount.

The full conference registration fee (for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday) includes:

All sessions beginning with the Director’s Welcome on Thursday afternoon through the end of the Conference on Saturday

Access to the Lilly Conference Mobile App

Receptions, breaks, and refreshments

The Saturday Reflection and Application Luncheon

The registration fee does not include:

Lodging (see lodging options available here)

Thursday morning pre-conference workshops

Meals at the Armstrong Student Center may be purchased separately in advance.

If you are attending only a Thursday pre-conference workshop, you do not need to register for the entire conference.

Meals at the Conference Center

Meals are available at the conference center from Thursday dinner through Saturday lunch. Meal tickets must be purchased in advance; they are not available for sale at the conference.

Breakfast: $12 each

Lunch: $25 each

Dinner: $30 each

Themed refreshment breaks are included in the full conference registration fee.
