Introducing UCM’s Strategic Operations Team

the operations team working together in a meeting

UCM’s strategic operations team was formed two years ago with the charge of establishing operational processes that will serve as the foundation of all of UCM’s work. It is our belief that when solid processes are established, we will allow our UCM teams to be more effective because they will not be bogged down by operational issues.  Since the team’s formation, there have been a number of changes in the structure of our team. Below is an overview of each team and their responsibilities.

Operations

Operations specializes in budgeting, procurement, human resources, and general operations for our UCM team. You can contact the operations team by reaching out to ucm@MiamiOH.edu.

  • Brooke Roberson, Administrative Assistant
  • Lori Osterberger, Administrative Associate
  • Vacant Position, Administrative Assistant

Production

Production focuses on managing all print production (marketing and environmental) for UCM, managing the university’s print portal, and supporting executive requests from the President and Provost’s Office. You can submit production requests at printing@MiamiOH.edu.

  • Barb Maccombs, Director of Production and Special Projects

Project Management

Project Management establishes the processes and procedures for the planning and development of UCM’s work, and ensures that our teams are set up to successfully complete their work on time and within scope. Recently, our project management team led the transition of UCM from Wrike to Asana, our new project management tool. You can find out more about UCM’s project intake process and submit project requests on UCM’s website.

  • Danielle Hinckley, Associate Director of Project Management
  • Kayla Pavon, Project Manager
  • Nicole McDaniel, Project Manager
