Check your internet connection
You’d be amazed how many video-related issues stem from a poor internet connection. If you are having problems uploading your videos to Kaltura (or another site like YouTube), check what internet speed you are using. If you are creating a lot of video content, you may want to upgrade to 25mbps or higher.
If your internet connection is poor and there is no way to fix it, consider uploading your content during slower periods during the day (i.e., early morning or in the evening when fewer people are using bandwidth).
Video is too long
Unless you have high-speed internet, long videos will take an exceedingly long time to upload. Consider chunking your content and making shorter videos. The files will be smaller and will upload quicker.
