What is Cengage MindTap?
Cengage provides Canvas LMS integration for administrators, instructors, and class participants. Students can access eBooks through the LMS, or you can assign the textbook through MindTap to provide online homework and assessment, videos, study tools, and more. For instructors, the Canvas integration can noticeably reduce the time and energy required to set up courses, sign into the system, find the right set of materials for the current unit or assignment, correct online assignments, and post grades for those same assignments.
Is it available in Canvas?
Yes. You can activate it by going to Settings > Navigation and enabling Cengage in the course navigation.
Is there a cost?
Yes. You can choose for students to pay for the eBook or the MindTap subscription.
