Caitlin Roth is a Manager, Talent for MoLo Solutions. A 2017 graduate who earned her B.A. in both Strategic Communication and Professional Writing, she was involved with Alpha Phi Gamma Nu and Public Relations Student Society of America. Learn about her Career Path below.
How did you reach your current position?
After graduation, I began my career in the logistics industry. I started out in sales and instantly fell in love with the industry’s fast-paced environment. In just one year, I transitioned internally from sales to recruiting, which combines my passion for people and logistics. Since then, I’ve grown my career in talent acquisition, developing from a Senior Talent Specialist to my current role as Manager, Talent. I’m lucky to be in a position where I can connect people to fulfilling careers every day.
How did Miami University set you up for success in your career?
Miami set me up for success by providing excellent career services and resources that taught me how to network, interview, and add value to an organization.
What is your best piece of career advice for current college students?
Get involved as much as possible in organizations you are passionate about, take advantage of the many career resources available at Miami, and never stop networking!
