By default, only a meeting’s host can share their screen, but you can change this setting after your meeting has started by either allowing all participants in your meeting to share their screens or by making the person who needs to present a co-host of the meeting.
Inviting someone to an in-progress Zoom meeting is simple because all Zoom really does is copy the meeting invitation text or its link, then paste it into a message. Unfortunately, it doesn’t allow you to just enter an email address.
This is a tricky question because you have two options: invite your speaker to join the meeting after it has started or create a meeting through the Webex website rather than within Canvas.
