Myaamiaki have been attending Miami University as part of the Myaamia Heritage Award Program since 1991. To date, 85 Myaamia students have graduated from Miami University. There are 32 students enrolled at Miami in the 2019/2020 school year. Here, our current Myaamia students are photographed wearing a t-shirt with the Myaamia Heritage Logo (MHL). Because the MHL is jointly owned by Miami University and the Miami Tribe, both groups can use the logo to create designs. This shirt was designed by Julie Olds, the Cultural Resource Officer for the Miami Tribe who helped to design the MHL.
