What makes a candidate stand out to you during the recruiting and interview process?
We look for candidates who have strong communication and interpersonal skills, can stay organized, and know how to effectively manage their time. I never would have thought in a million years that I would work in human resources for a clinical research company. Because I took the time to review all of my options and learn about Medpace through research and talking to current employees, I’ve never questioned this is where I belong.
