The Timeline Towards Equality indicates significant events in the history of Miami University where queer and trans students, staff, and faculty experienced some form of recognition by the university, validating the presence of the queer and trans community at Miami. Hopefully the events listed here will help the administration recognize, accept, and promote Miami’s queer and trans community.
