We can reuse the nametag lanyards. If you do not want to keep yours, please return it to the Wilks Box Office.

Note that there are no trash receptacles in the presentation rooms. Please take any trash with you when you leave a session and deposit it in the receptacles provided around the Armstrong Student Center.

Activities and Entertainment

Join us Friday evening in the Armstrong Red Zone for our own special “Lilly Trivia Contest” and fellowship. Sign up at the registration desk as a team and test your knowledge of everything from assessment techniques to pop music! Don’t have a team? Sign up anyway and we will put one together for you.

If trivia is not your thing or you’re seeking a more relaxed community atmosphere, come to the Armstrong Shade Family room on Friday evening to enjoy music by The Lilly Hammers.

For a Quiet Moment

If you would like a quiet moment, there are many comfy spaces in Armstrong’s Shade Family Room.

Internet Access

During the Lilly Conference, the Armstrong Student Center provides attendees access to a wireless network specifically for the conference.
Attendees will receive this information when they check-in at the conference.

Conference Mobile App

Lilly conference attendees will have access to a conference mobile app, via Guidebook, prior to the start of the conference. The app works on iOS devices (ipads and iphones) as well as Android devices and allows users to customize their conference experience: Create a personalized schedule, download session documents, and even take notes that you can later send to yourself! The app will also allow you to interact with other conference attendees and presenters via messaging and email.

The Guidebook App will be available in August.

Linkedin

You may follow the Lilly Conference on Linkedin. We welcome you to post to Linkedin while at the Conference. Be sure to include the hashtag, #lillycon, in your posts to participate in the conversation! If you have questions about how to get started, visit the Conference business office desk.

Attending Sessions

Orientation Session

There will be an orientation session for Lilly newcomers on Friday morning, right after breakfast from 8:00-8:15 am in Armstrong Pavilion C. Learn tips for getting the most out of your first Lilly Conference experience.

Preconference Workshops

Several pre-conference workshops are offered on Thursday. Registration for the workshops must be made prior to the start of the conference.

Conference Sessions

There are several types of sessions, varying in length from 45 minutes to over an hour. The titles, abstracts, and proposals for sessions are available on the Presenters and Sessions page and in the mobile app (Guidebook). Please look these over before the conference to determine which sessions you would like to attend. Build your own personal schedule in Guidebook!

Arrive at Sessions Early!

We recommend that you arrive at sessions early in order to guarantee seating. For sessions that run concurrently, select more than one to attend—if your first choice is full, move to your second choice, etc. It is difficult to predict which sessions will be in most demand, and room sizes vary.
