Just a year ago the CHIPS program launched, providing a new way to reward all kinds of staff contributions. CHIPS gives all of us within IT Services the ability to acknowledge the big and small things that our colleagues do every day.
CHIPS stands for Commending Helpful, Innovative, and Proactive Staff. The program includes daily, quarterly, and annual recognition events, with one helpful, innovative or proactive staff member chosen annually to receive up to $5000 in professional development support.
Here are the fourth quarter awardees, chosen at the End of the Year Party in Millett last month:
