• Extended sitting can cause deep vein thrombosis and poor cardiac and metabolic health.
• Eating while focusing on something else, like work, results in eating faster and consuming more calories
• About 80% of American’s polled reported spending 7 extra hours a week checking email or returning calls after business hours. That’s 30 hours a month!
• US employees only use 51% of their paid leave/vacation…and 61% of those who do take time off are working at least some of that time.
• And – did you know that piles of papers on your desk are probably full of dust and dust mites? They might aggravate your allergies and even cause asthma! Yuk!!
