The Classified Personnel Advisory Committee met on August 10. Most of the meeting was a presentation from Brenda Curry and Rachael Rude from Staff Development to talk about exciting changes in the Job Enrichment program for Classified Staff. First of all the website has been updated and more user friendly. Please check it out! If there is a learning opportunity that you wonder if it could be eligible for job enrichment, please contact Rachael Rude and she will investigate. Also, if you have an idea of a learning opportunity, they welcome your ideas! Please contact them. A couple other improvements are in place in addition to the 10% increase in bonuses and premium pay increases are:
1. The AMA courses no longer require a case study to be completed.
2. There is a new supervisor’s tab on the website that gives supervisors information about their responsibility.
3. There are some academic courses that are eligible for JE point, however, you are welcome to inquire about other courses to be possibly added to the list.
4. New customer service learning opportunities are being added to the list.
5. Two conferences per year can be awarded now instead of just one.
There are more improvements coming as well. Keep up-to-date by visiting the website regularly!

3. Holiday Project – CPAC selling raffle tickets for three different drawings for a chance to win a party platter from Carillon Catering. All monies go toward the Miami Holiday Project. See Lisa for details and/or tickets.
