In 33 work days: Everyone from the third floor moves to the second floor.
In 76 work days: Third floor staff move back upstairs, first floor staff move to second floor.
In 105 work days: First floor staff move back downstairs, Boyd, Brown Rd, and others move to second floor.
A disclaimer: I counted fast and skipped all weekends and days when the University is closed. I do not vouch for the accuracy of these numbers.
