The email below was sent to on-campus residents with a private bathroom in their room/apartment regarding inspection and possible cleaning during spring break.
Dear Resident,
Residence Hall staff will inspect all private and apartment bathrooms during spring break. Charges may be incurred if your bathroom is in such a condition that it requires excessive cleaning by our staff. You can avoid any additional cleaning charges by making sure your bathroom is clean before you leave for break. As long as you are registered for door access notifications, you will receive an email and/or text noting the actual day and time hall staff entered your room or apartment.
Prior to leaving for break, we kindly request that you remove all personal items/products from the bathroom’s surfaces such as shower, counter top, back of toilet, floor, etc., to help expedite and ensure a thorough inspection process.
