| VISION | Our project aims to simplify the rental process for landlords along with tenants and administrators. The client needed a solution that would eliminate the stress associated with finding and managing accommodation. All listings, messages, and paperwork should exist in a single platform. As the project developed, this vision became clearer: Create an all-in-one mobile app that lets users find housing options while uploading documents and signing agreements to track rental status in real time. |
| MISSION | Our development focus was on building an Android application that integrates with Firebase for real-time updates and secure storage. The application enables landlords to list properties while tenants use a map to locate housing options and administrators handle backend operations. The app handles contract uploads, maintenance request submissions and allows bulk data imports through Excel files. We aimed for the app to remain easy to use while delivering strong functionality so that all users regardless of their technical skills can operate it effectively. The app uses cloud storage to allow users to retrieve their information from any location. |
