| VISION | Our team is creating software that will interact with hardware, benefiting people that can use accessibility features. This software will enable users wearing Meta Quest to virtually open and close doors with ease, making the process more accessible for those in need. |
| MISSION | Our team is to create a connection between a Meta Quest 3 device, and an internet of things device to produce a demo that can open a door. The IOT device will be connected to a step motor to control the door, as well as connected to a server that stores QR codes. The Quest device will be connected to the same server, and the quest will scan a physical QR code on the door that will produce a virtual handle for the user to virtually interact with. When the handle is pulled, the IOT device will get a signal, that will run the motor, opening/closing the door. |
