| VISION | This project is aiming to streamline the project management process without committing too strictly to one framework. We wanted to create a highly secure system that contains all of the processes and documentation needed to plan, track, and deploy a project. It would also be open and abstract enough to combine pieces from various methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, and more. |
| MISSION | Our group seeks to create a strong foundation for a new online project management system. Our goal is to implement the system in such a way so that it is highly secure and contains many different forms of documentation and aspects of methodologies to hybridize the process. Our hope is that because of its security and flexibility, it can ease a department’s ability to develop projects using their own specified standards and collaborate efficiently. |
