| VISION | Meng Qu had a vision to replace the current chat-box (which needs a Reference Librarian to answer questions) with a chatbot that can answer basic and repeated questions 24/7 as well as help with citations, booking equipment, and reserving study rooms. |
| MISSION | It was our mission to work with the University Library Web services to build a web-based auto answering application to help the Reference Librarians away from answering simple and repeated questions. This will be implemented in the form of a Chatbot inside the Library website. The Library Chatbot will free up the Reference librarian by helping them answer the repeated questions and make the process of booking a study/meeting room at the library easy for all students and staffs. |
