VISION	Fix and update current Laravel database web application along with creating a pipeline to connect the database to other NAAT software for data collection and data visualization.
MISSION	Fix current bugs Add new features as requested by the NAAT team Add Google Forms and PDF support for database input Develop pipeline from the Laravel database to the R shiny dashboard.
