| VISION | Ease the process of determining eligibility of graduate students for graduate assistantship, as well as the assignment of available graduate assistants to class sections. |
| MISSION | Our project’s mission is to automate the graduate directors GA assignments to decide which students get a graduate assistantship(GA) as well as what classes they should be assigned to. Currently the graduate director must search through graduate student transcripts by hand in order to find who is eligible for a GA. Then, after finding those students, they must go through those that have accepted and optimize the assignment of classes. The goal is to provide a list of possible class assignments, and allow the graduate director to choose the most desired one. |
