This week we’re featuring two opportunities: an on-campus job with the Center for Career Exploration and Success and an entry-level rotational program with UniFirst!
The opportunity:
UniFirst LEAP Leadership Development Program – Full-TimeA
This 18-month rotational program builds a foundation for a results-driven leadership career for high potentials. LEAP offers a blend of operational knowledge/experience in the industrial laundry business with strategic thinking, sound leadership skills, and personal/professional growth. Five Leadership Competencies make up the learning tracks for the program: Critical Thinking, Business Management, People Development, Ethical Leadership, and Emotional Intelligence. The thorough selection process (we take only the best!) includes a customized 3-day UniFirst Experience at a Training Location for final candidates. After the program, LEAP Associates are offered permanent employment in the area of their choosing.
