
The Unclassified Personnel Advisory Committee (UPAC) was established to advise the President, Vice Presidents, and Human Resources on matters of interest and concern to unclassified staff members in the context of the whole university community.

We are here to advocate for you and to provide you with information. We find answers to your questions, address issues, and cover topics of interest. Share your thoughts with us so we can better understand issues of interest related to unclassified staff. While it is not possible to respond to all submissions, please be assured that every submission will be carefully reviewed by UPAC.

The committee meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, from 8:30-10:00 a.m. via ZOOM unless indicated otherwise. Anyone may attend these monthly meetings. A link to the meeting minutes is available upon request
