Welcome to the Knoll Lab! Our lab is a part of the Department of Biology at Miami University and Miami’s EEEB (Ecology, Evolution, and Environmental Biology) program. Research in our lab bridges community and ecosystem ecology, with a focus on lake ecology. Collaboration is a key component of our research. Our lab works with other groups at Miami and with collaborators at institutions worldwide. From undergraduates taking their first steps in research to postdoctoral scholars leading major initiatives, every member of the lab contributes to an active, multidisciplinary effort aimed at tackling ecological questions.
