Rick Momeyer, professor emeritus of philosophy, will give the 30-minute talk. Come learn about Freedom Summer and the 800 volunteers who trained here during the 1964 civil rights initiative. The half-hour talk at the Freedom Summer Memorial across from Peabody Hall starts promptly at noon. Lunch afterward at Western Dining Commons.
