Each fall, the Omega chapter of Beta Alpha Psi at Miami University hosts its signature event, Meet the Firms. This year’s event will welcome 30 firms and organizations, giving students the chance to connect directly with recruiters from accounting, finance, and information systems & analytics.
Meet The Firms is one of the largest recruiting events on campus, drawing hundreds of students who are eager to learn about internship and career opportunities. Whether you’re attending for the first time or returning to strengthen your professional connections, the evening is a valuable opportunity to practice networking skills and explore potential career paths.
This year’s event will be held on Wednesday, September 10, in the Armstrong Student Center. Students are required to dress in business professional attire and come prepared with resumes and questions. The Omega Chapter of Beta Alpha Psi was formed at Miami University in 1942 and has a long history of helping students develop professionally. Meet the Firms is BAP’s flagship event that continues this tradition by serving as a bridge between Miami students and the firms who value their talents. Aside from this event, this semester, BAP will host speakers from EY, PWC, Meaden & Moore, and more.
