| Vision | Department administrators currently spend a significant amount of time on repetitive, manual tasks such as managing course listings, updating student records, and keeping departmental information accurate. These tasks are often spread across disconnected systems, spreadsheets, and email communication. Our vision is to centralize these things to allow for easy and accessible communication between the department and its students. |
| Mission | Build a secure and maintainable administrative website that helps both faculty members and students of the Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering. It should be easy to demo, install, audit, and navigate. Deliver a full-stack website in two-week sprints, with true incremental delivery and CI-gated quality so that each sprint produces a demo-ready result. |
