All sessions will be conducted using Webex, Miami University’s web conferencing platform. To join a session from a computer:
Use the ‘JOIN SESSION‘ link on the schedule page.

- If you have Miami credentials, use your Miami credentials in order to identify yourself and, especially for students, leave a record of attendance for the course assignment.
- If you’re an attendee from outside of the university, join as a Guest. You will be prompted to continue the call in your browser or to download the app. The download can take a few minutes to complete installation.
If you want to join a session but don’t have a computer or a wifi connection available, you can still join a session via mobile device or phone.
Webex for Mobile Devices
Webex provides apps for Android devices, iPhones, and iPads.
Call in by Phone
When you click a Webex link , a new tab will open in your browser that has instructions for calling in to the session. Be sure to leave this tab open until after the session ends in case you have trouble joining the session or your internet connect becomes too slow/goes down.
