Garden Bot – Simulation

VISION:
This project is part of the Garden Bot program in which we wish to build a garden robot that can autonomously identify undesirable weeds in a garden and automatically remove them using the attached robot arm.
MISSION:
As the machine learning team is building its models, this team will model the physical robot, program its controls based on plant detection outputs (performed by another team), and simulate its behaviors in standard platforms (ROS+gazebo) before deploying the code to real hardware systems.
