| PROBLEM STATEMENT: |
| The Endangered Language Fund (ELF) needs a system in which grant applications can be submitted, reviewed, and awarded. Currently, the process is manual and paper driven. This is inconvenient, time consuming, and costly. |
| PROJECT PURPOSE: |
| Build an online grant management system to simplify the grant-awarding process. |
