The general area of our research is tsunamis in Japan. Looking for the answer to our research question How has the advancement of Technology affect Cost of Natural Disaster Budget? We are conducting a cost analysis on the current warning systems\/damage prevention systems from the past, present, and newly developed. At the same time, how rising sea levels can impact these future technologies and costs. We have been conducting our research by looking at various journals\/articles on tsunamis in Japan, climate change projects, data collected from past tsunamis, etc. Using Miami databases, google scholar, and a few other research tools, we searched for specific articles with the keywords Tsunamis, Japan, Climate change, and cost analysis, which revealed a large sum of the information from research conducted by Japan and other Environmental Scientists. The study has illuminated that as technology continues to advance, the cost of Tsunmaines decreases. Still, the projection of seal levels continuing to rise due to climate change shows that projection will continue to be primarily impacted and cause the cost to grow within the next 20 years. The next step of our research is understanding how new technology should be designed based on the changes in sea level. Our study illuminates the importance of reviewing data and statistics from the past and present to understand how the future will be shaped. Natural disasters such as tsunamis are highly volatile, so bringing attention and information together about such an event is extremely important to many coastal areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
