{"id":597,"date":"2017-10-09T13:13:40","date_gmt":"2017-10-09T17:13:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sites.miamioh.edu\/tomoyasulab\/?p=597"},"modified":"2017-10-09T13:13:40","modified_gmt":"2017-10-09T17:13:40","slug":"functional-cis-studies-in-beetles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sites.miamioh.edu\/tomoyasulab\/2017\/10\/functional-cis-studies-in-beetles\/","title":{"rendered":"Functional cis studies in beetles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Still preprint, but the\u00a0manuscript regarding\u00a0our effort to establish a system to analyze enhancers in Tribolium is now available on bioRxiv (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.biorxiv.org\/content\/early\/2017\/10\/07\/199729\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">link<\/span><\/strong><\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>We had a lot of struggles to make this work, but we also had a lot of fun collaborating with <a href=\"https:\/\/mckaylab.web.unc.edu\" target=\"_blank\">Dan<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/halfonlab.ccr.buffalo.edu\" target=\"_blank\">Marc<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.entwbio.nat.fau.eu\/startseite\/forschung\/group-dr-el-sherif\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ezzat<\/a>. This work was not possible at all without their help.
