  • As program director, directed a web-based associate degree program, the duties for which included advising students, marketing the program, responding to inquiries, creating course content, proposing curriculum changes, solving technical course delivery issues, and editing a newsletter.
  • As program advisor, responsible for all of the above responsibilities except overall directorship of the program. My major accomplishment in this time period was the conversion of the program’s courses for web-based delivery.
  • From 1999 to 2002, taught twelve three-credit courses in the areas of library technologies, reference services, and an introduction to libraries, plus one one-credit course in designing library web sites (ten using the Blackboard course management system and three in the classroom).
  • All of the above duties were conducted as either overload credit or as part of my regular job duties during my appointment as Systems/Public Services Librarian.
