I recommend speaking to your Chair to convert the offering to a HYB-A course.\u00a0 Here\u2019s the official procedure for modality determination: The appropriate instructional mode must be included when the department scheduler submits the course schedule and before it is reviewed by divisional leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Q: I need to share my course materials with a colleague. How can I add them to my course?&nbsp;<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\">A: Faculty other than the instructor of record cannot be added to a course that contains real student enrollments, to protect those students\u2019 FERPA rights.
