The only way to deduct if someone is a werewolf is if the seer can detect if someone is one. If the seers are dead it’s just a bunch of luck mostly. Most of the time voting comes down to a last minute random vote.

The leadership I saw in class I believe is called the dance floor leader. Basically people are unwilling to act until the first person acts and then everyone else feels comfortable to join in. In the game most of the time it occurred when voting. People were hesitant to vote until someone put the first vote out then everyone else started throwing out votes.

I had fun playing the game session in class, when I saw that I was a villager I knew I was going to act goofy. I decided to play risky by being talkative but I was a little more cautious not to reveal that I was targeted by cupid so if I died another person would die. I did end up getting voted out which also killed our seer, but apparently the sorcerer had found them immediately. Most of the time when I’m by myself with a group of strangers I usually am not the first one to take action, but this game I had 2 of my friends playing so I decided to get more involved and be one of the first people to start talking.

I would say the hardest part to playing ultimate werewolf is deciding on who to vote out.
