Whether you want to admit it or not, that piece chocolate cake can have an impact on the way your feeling. In fact, too much sugar is linked to depression. A great way to track your food intake is through the app My Fitness Pal. This app makes it easy to insert the food you\u2019re eating and evaluate your food choices. If you are interested in weight loss or gain, there is also a feature to check exactly how many calories you should be eating every day.
