Note on installing BioPython with non-admin privileges:<\/p>\n

python setup.py build<\/p>\n

python setup.py install –home=\/software\/python\/2.7.2<\/p>\n

HOWEVER: using this puts the package in \/software\/python\/2.7.2\/lib\/python instead of \/software\/python\/2.7.2\/lib\/python2.7\/site-packages<\/p>\n

–> need to move the 3 directories over manually to the correct place.<\/p>\n
