Artist Statement: Dhaka is the city I grew up in. All my life I’ve lived in Dhaka. My parents, my friends, my relatives leave in Dhaka. Leaving the place I grew up in was one of the hardest decisions I took. When I get homesick, my memories of my city keeps circling in my head. Although I live eight thousand miles away from home, in my dreams I stand in the center of Dhaka and the city circles around me.
