Set in the not-too-distant future, <em>Baby Camp <\/em>asks whether adopting the playbook of the opposition is really the path to freedom and whether power is worth any cost. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Director&#8217;s Note: <\/strong>Collaborating with Nandita Shenoy has been one of the most consistent&#8211;and consistently enjoyable&#8211;aspects of my career as a theater-maker since we met at the Alabama&nbsp;Shakespeare Festival ten years ago. Nandita\u2019s plays are never heavy handed or overly-didactic, but use comedy as a tool to open hearts and minds.
