This situation can be frustrating, but handling it effectively is critical to maintaining group dynamics and ensuring success. If so, try to offer some reasonable accommodations. Another more direct approach could be informing your group members politely that others are feeling overwhelmed, and it would be appreciated if the individual could contribute more.
