The app works on iOS devices (iPads and iPhones) as well as Android devices and allows users to customize their conference experience: Create a personalized schedule, download session documents, and even take notes that you can later send to yourself! The app will also allow you to interact with other conference attendees and presenters via messaging and email.<\/p><div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 30px\" style=\"font-family: Muli, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">The Original Lilly Conference on College Teaching is one of the nation\u2019s most renowned conferences presenting the scholarship of teaching and learning. Since 1981, teacher-scholars from across the U.S. and internationally have gathered the weekend before Thanksgiving to share innovative pedagogies and discuss questions, challenges, and insights about teaching and learning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><span style=\"font-family: Muli, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">\nThe Lilly Conference welcomes all participants who share an interest in improving college teaching through evidence-based practices, including faculty and administrators at universities, four-year colleges, and two-year colleges who wish to increase student learning through effective teaching, promote interest in and enthusiasm for the profession of teaching, and facilitate communication among faculty about their classroom and online experiences.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><span style=\"font-family: Muli, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">\nThe Conference has become a teaching retreat. Deans and chief academic officers often support the attendance of faculty teams at Lilly as recognition for outstanding faculty and for faculty development, and institutions planning Teaching and Learning Centers have found the Conference an effective way to meet and \u201cscout\u201d exceptional teacher-scholars.
