I am\u00a0<span class=\"SpellE\">Khodakhast<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"SpellE\">Bibak<\/span>, an Associate Professor at the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/miamioh.edu\/cec\/academics\/departments\/cse\">Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering<\/a>\u00a0at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.miamioh.edu\/\">Miami University<\/a>, where I joined in 2018 as an Assistant Professor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Previously, I was a Postdoctoral Research Associate (September 2017 &#8211; August 2018) in the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/csl.illinois.edu\/\">Coordinated Science Laboratory<\/a>&nbsp;at the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/illinois.edu\/\">University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign<\/a>. Before this, I was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow (May-August 2017) at the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.csc.uvic.ca\/\">Department of Computer Science<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.uvic.ca\/\">University of Victoria<\/a>, from where I also received my PhD (April 2017). Prior to that, I obtained a Master of Mathematics degree (April 2013) at the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/math.uwaterloo.ca\/combinatorics-and-optimization\">Department of Combinatorics &amp; Optimization<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/uwaterloo.ca\/\">University of Waterloo<\/a>, where I was also a member of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cacr.uwaterloo.ca\">Centre for Applied Cryptographic Research (CACR)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My research interests are Cybersecurity, Applied Cryptography, Quantum Computing, Artificial Intelligence, and the related areas. I have more than 40 peer-reviewed publications including four books and papers published in journals such as Quantum Information &amp; Computation, Quantum Information Processing, Designs, Codes and Cryptography, IEEE Transactions on Information Theory, and ACM Computing Surveys. I have developed three new courses in Cybersecurity and have been involved in developing a B.S. in Cybersecurity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi!
