The fair will be open to all employees, providing staff the opportunity to connect with peers while learning about Miami\u2019s Lean journey. The morning session will begin at 8:30am and continue until 11:40 am. The identical afternoon session will begin at 1 pm and conclude at 4:30 pm. Registration for both sessions will begin one half hour before the start of each session.<\/p>\n<p>University divisions represented at the fair are Academic Affairs, Finance and Business Services, Enrollment Management and Student Success, Student Affairs, and University Advancement.<\/p>\n<p>Please work with your supervisors and department heads to receive authorization to attend one of the sessions. It will be an opportunity to network with Lean team leaders and get hands on experience with the Lean process.
