A 3 part series about the CIRCUIT (Continual Improvement Committee for IT) presented to you by Dana P. Miller, Chair of CIRCUIT<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n

When CIRCUIT started in May of 2016 a mechanism was created for IT Staff to submit their suggestions for internal process improvement.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since May 2016 IT Services staff have submitted <\/span>126 Suggestion tickets<\/b> with the following outcomes:<\/span><\/p>\n

7 Completed FAST Team Projects
\n<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>
\nThese two projects are working towards using the password management tool Last Pass<\/strong> which will contribute to ease of use for Enterprise Operations staff and lower software costs.<\/i><\/i><\/i><\/i><\/i>
\n<\/a>
\nNew Password Manager
\n<\/a>Password Manager Pilot Team
\n<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>
\n<\/i>These three projects have are building the path towards software development standards in Solution Delivery.
\n<\/i>
\nPHP Standard Development
\n<\/strong>PHP 7 Roadmap Planning
\n<\/strong>Single Page Application
\n<\/strong>
\nThis project has created a standard work process to represent IT Services at Career Fairs which can be a source of potential interns and staff members.

\nIT Services Career Fair Process<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n

This project moves forward with using Slack<\/strong> to provide chat capability.<\/p>\n
