The Knowledge-centered Service Pilot goes\u00a0live today! A small team of trained participants will be using KCS for all the tickets that they handle. The goal of the\u00a0pilot is to test, modify, and perfect the functional capabilities of our new process\u00a0before we roll it out\u00a0across the entire organization.<\/p>\n
KCS Pilot participants include\u00a0Tim Ward,\u00a0Em Smith,\u00a0Sofia Olaya,\u00a0Pete Ferris,\u00a0Jake Harrison,\u00a0Jeff Toaddy,\u00a0Duane Drake,\u00a0Scott Stiles, and\u00a0Bill Roi.\u00a0Tickets from the participants might look a bit\u00a0odd, but if you are not a part of the pilot project, simply\u00a0continue to work tickets as you always have.<\/p>\n
