On Wednesday morning we launch the engagement EVERYONE should help test the load and responsiveness of the new TeamDynamix tool.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Battle Plan:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Wednesday, July 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>9:55 am:<\/strong> Instructions from HQ should arrive via email. Follow them to log into TeamDynamix.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>10 &#8211; 10.15:<\/strong> Create lots of test incidents\/service requests.
