As a second-year Communication Design student here, Caitlin has been trained to see art and design in everything. “The natural world has always served as a point of inspiration for my work.” Oil Spill illustrates the harmful effects of oil spills in a metaphorical way by depicting a face sinking under the colorful, glossy, and metallic swirls representative of oil.
