Reflection on Learning

Academic Term of Essay Subject: Summer 2019

I have been studying at Miami University since August, and I have carefully checked my studies and performance and have taken a serious reflection. I feel that compared with the teacher’s request, I still have a big gap and a lot of places to work hard. At present, my understanding of myself is that the self-consciousness of learning is not enough, and the assignments assigned by the teacher are always delayed until the end. Another point is that the requirements for yourself are not strict enough, to speak in class, to do small moves, and not to concentrate on listening. This shows that my requirements for myself are not strict enough. I realized that my study time at the university is very valuable. If you want to ensure learning, the efficiency in the classroom is very important. If you don’t have a good listening habit, not only this class will have a very bad impact on future courses. And this is reflected in my writing assignments. In my usual homework, I often make some mistakes that the teacher mentioned in the class. In order to solve these problems, I usually need to spend more time under class to solve problems that I could avoid. I think this is the problem I need to improve most.

Secondly, it is because of the delay that I often feel that the time for writing homework is very urgent, so I don’t have time to check a lot of potential grammar and spelling problems that I could have discovered. I think I can set aside some time later to check my writing assignments repeatedly to improve my score.

In the future, I will continue to work hard to improve my writing skills, and turn the content I have taught in my class into my own knowledge and use it flexibly.
